When we were looking for teacher to choreograph our wedding dance – an Argentine tango song, we wanted someone who was experienced and professional. He/she needed to be extremely patient with us as both my husband and I had no tango experience at all. We met with at least five teachers before we finally found Egor. During the first trial class, Egor choreographed part of our song on the spot while he listened to it and performed it to us with his student. It gave us a clear picture of what he was capable of doing and his style was exactly what we were looking for – fun and professional.
Our song was not an easy one. Egor choreographed the dance to suit our level while incorporating a lot of classic tango moves into the song. He would dance with each of us first before letting us dance with each other. By dancing with one of us while letting the other person to videotape the dance, we were able to practice at home after each class. Without a doubt, the dance was a success and we got so many compliments from our guests after our performance.
